Profile

About me

I am a warm, experienced UK registered psychotherapist and BACP registered counsellor practising in Teddington close to Hampton Hill. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can express and explore whatever is going on in your life. I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, bereavement and relationship issues.
I provide a private counselling and psychotherapy service in TW11 Middlesex during the week.

Initial session £45. Individual sessions are £65/session.

Who do I work with?
I work with adults on a one to one basis for either short-term counselling or long-term psychotherapy depending on your needs. This is also sometimes called talking therapy.

What can counselling and psychotherapy help with?
Counselling may help those who generally function well day to day but are experiencing difficulties in the present, which might be due to bereavement, a relationship break up or work related stress for example. Longer term psychotherapy may be more appropriate if you think your issues and anxieties are deeper or have been present for many years.

Counselling and psychotherapy; also known as talking therapy, can help with a number of issues that might cause you to feel anxious, depressed or generally stuck in life. Outlined below is a list of common issues that people seek counselling or therapy for, although this list is by no means exhaustive and simply feeling low, apathetic or ambivalent about life might be enough for you to seek help from a counsellor of psychotherapist.

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Panic Attacks

  • Low Self-Esteem

  • Stress

  • Lack of Confidence

  • Feelings of Isolation

  • Early Emotional Trauma

  • Attachment Issues

  • Relationship Issues

  • Feelings of Sadness

  • Loss and Bereavement

  • Suicidal Thoughts

  • Feeling Stuck in Life

  • Identity

  • Dealing with Issues Preventing You Achieving Ambitions

  • Understanding Yourself and Your Problems Better

If you are unsure if counselling or psychotherapy can help you, simply arrange an initial session to explore how you feel and if you think talking therapy might help. My theoretical approach is based on Relational Transactional Analysis.
