I offer a safe and confidential space should you be facing any kind of challenge. I believe that counselling and psychotherapy can help us understand ourselves more and encourage us to look at ourselves differently.

 

I have experience of working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, sex and sexuality and addiction. I have a particular interest in working with LGBT + clients. I am a registered member of the BACP and receive supervision from a qualified supervisor.

I am relational therapist which means that I will focus on helping you build more authentic and mutual relationships with others. I trained in Transactional Analysis which offers an equal relationship between therapist and client and is designed to explore each individuals personality and how it has been shaped by lifes experiences.
