I specialize in working with individuals that have developed strong defensive traits, who may have had difficult upbringings, who might be holding trauma and this has created anger, anxiety and other challenges, including in relationships, often who have proved successful in their chosen professional pursuits.                        
                                       
I work in Central London and online and have worked in the NHS and privately for a number of years, as well overseas.

I have been a Director of my own company for over 25 years and also work with directors, professionals and leading company figures, looking at the dynamics, exploring the issues and working through difficult scenarios that play out with management & staff.
