Lucinda can help you to gain insight into your issues, to clarify your feelings, thoughts, and motivations, and to understand why you might find yourself repeating negative or unwanted patterns in your life. In doing so, you will become better equipped to make more conscious choices, improving the quality of your life and well-being. She has a special interest in in developing your strengths and qualities and supporting you to discover the purpose and meaning of your life.

Lucinda’s overall training and approach is integrative, which in practice means that she draws on a range of therapeutic theories and skills, depending on what you are experiencing in your life and what you are hoping for from your sessions. Her training has prepared her to work effectively with different issues, some of these include helping you to:

• Gain relief from pain, anger, guilt and shame

• Experience freedom from addictions

• Get to the root of what is causing anxiety and depression

Lucinda is an experienced integrative transpersonal counsellor and psychotherapist, working in private practice. She is registered and accredited with the UKCP and works in accordance with their ethical framework.
