Profile
I provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk about the issues in your life that may be uncomfortable, confusing or painful. This can help you manage difficult feelings, find new ways of relating to yourself and others, support you through life crises or life changes. Working together, we can look at your experience and feelings, find different ways of coping, and explore what options you might have for making changes or for adapting to the things you can’t change in life.
I’m a registered, accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP). I use an integrative, relational approach, drawing on theories and techniques from a range of psychotherapeutic models.
I have experience of working in the NHS, in private practice and for a number of charities, counselling adults and young people with a range of issues and presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-confidence, self-esteem and inter-personal relationships.
