I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Psychotherapist in advanced clinical training. I work using Relational Transactional Analysis, though my approach is integrative, drawing on Psychoanalytic, Existential and other Humanistic approaches.

I specialise in working with couples, relational and relationship difficulties, trauma and loss.

Relationship counselling provides a dynamic in which to explore difficulties experienced within a couple. The therapy involves identifying and learning about unhelpful repetitive behaviours, and developing tools for an alternative. It provides an objective, creative and non-judgemental space to speak honestly together. 

Couples counselling can be of huge benefit in many situations or stage of your relationship. For example, therapy is a resource that can be used whether parties are dedicated to resolving current difficulties or looking for an amicable way to end a relationship or co-parent.

My practice is non-discriminatory and LGBT+ affirmative, with respect for the individuality, experience and value of each client
